We want you to love your coordinated home decor sets. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

30-Day Return Window

You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price.

Return Eligibility

Items must be unused and in original condition
Original packaging must be intact
Furniture must be disassembled and packed securely
Custom or personalized items are non-returnable
Clearance or final-sale items are non-returnable

How to Initiate a Return

Email info@stylishnest.store with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24 hours
Pack the items securely in their original packaging
Ship the package using the provided return label (for damaged/incorrect items) or your preferred carrier

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable except for damaged or incorrect items.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Do not dispose of the damaged item or packaging until we resolve the issue.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures faster processing and availability.
